Bienvenue à @cooksandsquats, a multi-disciplined cyclist who spends almost as much time in the gym as she does on the bike. She’s known for her fearless descending, a skill honed railing mountain switchbacks around Girona, Spain and at home in Canada. As a puncheur, Aubrie enjoys endless repeated anaerobic efforts — not kidding!
She lives in Ottawa, Ontario and gets to call Gatineau Park her home turf (we’re envious). On the bike, she can be found trying to drop her husband on the St. Raymond sign sprint, and trying to hang on to his wheel during OBC Time Trials. Off the bike, she spends her time with her two French bulldogs, Louis and Berns, lovingly cultivating a sourdough starter and a wall of houseplants, and cooking/baking some really impressive-looking things that we hope we’ll get to sample this year!
